You are invited to submit a tender for supplying stationery for basic education school students which includes the following items in a school bag, (1400 stationary packages) which includes the following items:

Each stationary package should include the above-mentioned items as a package and the project visibility should be wedged on each (sticker or printed).
Criteria:
- The company shall provide and deliver the items within 10 days after signing the contract with VOP-Fam.
- Our choice will not be based only on the item price but on quality, thus, the company shall provide samples.
- The company or office should fill this form signed, and stamped in a sealed envelope to VOP-FAM main office in Dohuk located in Bicheek street, Botan Quarter, near the Haji Ahmed Mosque (With a sample of the mentioned materials).
